Php coding - Require XML Parsing and File Upload

I need a Php Developer to produce some code that will be added to a much larger already existing project. Requirement will be a page with a html form where one or more XML documents (maximum will be 12 documents total) can be uploaded... (Budget: $10 - $30 USD, Jobs: PHP, XML)
